I always watch the clock on Good Friday afternoon. My memories are often about taking time this day to pray and think of what happed on Calvary on the day Christ was crucified. Today’s poem is the Passion and Death of Jesus Christ.

If you have missed our posts the past several weeks, I just wanted to let our readers know that we have been posting poems from Pat McCaskey’s Poems About the Gospel. The poems are short and one can be read in just a few minutes. Pat’s poems are accessible to everyone–they express the message of a particular Gospel passage in an honest and devout way.
