Christ Advocated Justice and Mercy

Luke 11:42-46

The Pharisees caused others to transgress.

The harder they tried, they accomplished less.

They did not know quite what they were doing.

This was way before Marshall McLuhan.

The precedents are justice and God’s love.

When you are in the line, please do not shove.

Do not be concerned with things external.

Let us concentrate on things eternal.

The Pharisees did not show the right way.

They caused the faithful to wander astray.

Let us check what is in a person’s heart.

Let us hope we will not have a false start.

It is important to take a shower.

Christ did not want any earthly power.
