Christ Gave Instructions to His Disciples

Luke 12:1-7

In the presence of many thousands, Jesus

Gave instructions to His twelve disciples.

He said it for all of His followers.

They would also receive persecution.

The hypocrisy of the Pharisees

Would work against the disciples and us.

Every Christian would face accusations.

Christ asked them to be steadfast and fearless.

Providential God will take care of us

Even when we play Providence High School.

When my sons were each Loyola freshmen,

My son, Ed, pitched very well against them.

My son, Tom, threw four touchdowns against them.

My son, Jim, had eight tackles against them.
