Jesus Christ Is the Gateway to Heaven

John 10:1-10

David was a shepherd who became a king.

Christ was a king who became a shepherd.

Jesus fulfilled the ancient prophecies

Of Jeremiah and Ezekiel.

The illustration of Jesus as the

Good Shepherd shows God’s love for each of us.

Like the Waltons at bedtime, He calls all

Of us: “Good night beloved; follow Me.”

Jesus speaks through the Church; let us listen

To the priests, the cardinals, and the pope.

If they say something that we do not like

Let’s not mope.  Let us remember Saint George.

Saint George slayed dragons and rescued maidens.

Let’s be chivalrous and charitable.
