Jesus Christ Promised the Holy Spirit
Christ gave the gift of the Holy Spirit.
It was wrapped with peace. Everyone could be
Reconciled with God and everybody.
The peace that was sent transcended the world.
God was greater than Christ’s human nature.
Jesus ascended to the right hand of God.
They are both equal in divinity.
Holy Spirit rounds out the Trinity.
The world involved those who rejected Christ.
The devil became the prince of darkness.
My fall on the church parking lot dark ice
Was a chance to be declared a martyr.
There is no vacation from vocation.
God gave me a gift; I pass it along.
