Jesus Christ Said We Will Rise from the Dead

Luke 20:27-38

The Sadducees did not believe in the

Resurrection of the body.  Whereas,

The Pharisees did accept that doctrine

In Scripture and in oral tradition.

The Sadducees asked Christ a sly question.

Jesus Christ talked about the general

Resurrection.  There will be no need for

Marriage.  We will have happiness and peace.

Mark Twain said, “There’s no humor in Heaven.”

James Thurber and E. B. White wrote a book

With the title “Is Sex Necessary?”

In the afterlife, we will not need it.

We won’t need rehearsal dinners because

Christ said eternal life is a banquet.
