Jesus Drove the Robbers from the Temple

Luke 19:45-48

From the Navarre Bible commentary,

we know that the “cleansing of the temple

Is a reminder of the respect due

To the House of the Lord.  Christian temples

That house the Blessed Eucharist are

Worthy of even greater reverence.”

Halas Hall is a place of work and not

A den of thieves.  It is a halfway house

To Heaven.  Instead of saying, “Please be

Quiet,” we say, “Please become a mime.”

Thank you for listening.  This is better

Than talking to myself.  It is great to

Be with you.  Have a Hall of Fame day.
