Jesus Prayerfully Chose the Twelve Apostles

Luke 6:12-16

Before important events, Jesus prayed.

He prayed before He chose the Apostles.

He extended His work through the Church which

Was to last until the end of the world.

Perry Como sang “Til the End of Time.”

My goal is to keep the Bears in the

Family until The Second Coming.

The choosing of the twelve was the first draft.

Later, the first National Football League

Player draft was in 1936.

Joe Stydahar was the Bears’ first draftee.

As the two-thousand-year old man Mel Brooks

Said, “Jesus and His twelve friends came into

My store, but they didn’t buy anything.”
