Patient Endurance in Every Trial

Luke 21:5-19

Fasting, solitude, silence, and singing

Of Psalms are helpful in saving your soul.

Add thanksgiving, prayer, and humility,

Firmness and strength through patient endurance.

Even if you win every game, you won’t

Play every down.  When you are off the field,

You can help others by being a clown.

Provide some respectful comic relief.

Please help other people work through their grief.

Capital improvements like fixing the

Parking lot and the track were not like

Detention and being stretched on a rack.

Our bodies are temples of The Holy

Spirit.  I need to downsize my body.
