The Empty Tomb Fulfilled the Prophecies

John 20:1-9

Mary Magdalene was first at the Tomb.

When Peter and John arrived at the Tomb,

John let Peter enter first because he

Was the elder.  John had run faster; Peter

Might have told John to do some stretching.

From the Navarre Bible commentary,

We know that “the empty tomb, the linen

Cloths, the napkin in a place by itself”

Were the evidence that Jesus arose.

Detective Columbo was not needed.

John saw and believed and Peter achieved.

Peter and John did not understand the

Scripture.  They needed Bible Study.

Let’s go therefore and do likewise.  Amen.
