The Tomb Was Empty; Jesus Had Risen

Mark 16:1-7

Jesus of Nazareth was crucified.

Since He had risen, His tomb was empty.

Mark made certain that the person who was

Crucified/Risen was the same person.

Jesus Christ was the ultimate winner.

He defeated death, sin, pain, the devil.

The Disciples would be the witnesses.

They would be the Church originators.

The Church’s mission was not sedition.

The world would be in better condition.

The Good News was for every nation.

Everybody could obtain salvation.

Jesus rose from the dead on a Sunday.

That is a day when the Bears often play.

Patrick McCaskey
