The Virginal Conception of Jesus

Matthew 1:18-24

Mary and Joseph were going steady.

After a dream, they were marriage ready.

God called Joseph to be Mary’s husband.

Jesus was a descendant of David.

The Holy Spirit conceived Jesus Christ.

Joseph named Jesus and took care of Him.

Joseph was an upright man who lived for

Righteousness without being self-righteous.

Mary was prepared to be God’s mother.

Joseph was the guardian of Jesus.

Matthew reaffirmed the virginity

Of Mary and Jesus’s divinity.

My high school prom date was a cheerleader

At Immaculate Conception High School.
