The Bears have traditionally excelled at defense and Cutler has played under some challenging conditions, but going into the 2014 season, most analysts believe that Cutler now has the tools he needs to shine with the best in the league. With an offensive line that solidified in 2013 and a receiving corps that is one of the best in the league, this coming season has plenty of offensive potential for Chicago.
